Requirements:

Experience in Customer service preferably with manufacturing organisations for 3 to 5 years and having in-depth exposure to all or major activities in Order management / processing listed below

  • Order entry , Order confirmation , Order follow-up , Feedback to customers / sales on order status from time to time , Coordinating with Internal Supply chain entitites like Planning, Purchase , Production , Warehouse ,QC etc.,
  • Plan & Despatch shipments , Preparation of documentation incl. Invoicing , Updating shipping information and forwarding docs to banks /customers.
  • Good experience in IT applications area as a core user in ERP , MS office , Lotus notes and other software.
  • Good communication skills , spoken and in writing.
