Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate process flows to ensure that procedures are in place to prevent and detect non-compliance such as :
    - new releases of prototype for mass production are in compliance with regulations.
    - BOM changes for mature products with impairment on compliance are flagged and follow-up.
    - rework carried out on finished products do not impair product compliance.
    - Integrity of production process.
    - Aware of regulatory requirements required by BEHRINGER products in order to recommend enhancements to workflow for compliance.
  • Highlight opportunities to leverage on test results obtained from similar BEHRINGER products.
  • Review and evaluate adequacy of system in place to maintain test certificates obtained.
  • Inspect test certificates maintained in repository for relevance, completeness, non-renewals etc.
  • Report observations and potential implications and recommendations for management's attention.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • At least 5 year(s) of experiences performing safety and regulatory approval works, familiar with products in digital consumer electronics or professional audio/video equipment.
  • Good knowledge of worldwide regional safety and regulatory standards and requirements.
  • Candidate should possess strong planning, organising, analytical and presentation skills.
