Requirements:

• Report directly to the GM
• Direct the Company’s financial operations and formulate strategies
• Provide financial leadership and maintain control of all the company’s financial matters
• Ensure that monthly financial and management reports, annual budgets and forecasts are prepared in a timely manner
• Overseeing the healthy cash flow of the company financing, taxation & treasury functions
• Overseeing the HR & Admin. functions
• Advise the management on the appropriate corporate structure and financial implication for new investments
  
  
  
  
• Job Requirements:
  
  
• CPA, CIMA, ACCA or Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 10 years working experience in similar capacity preferably at corporate/large organizations and at least 5 years in real estate development industries
• Analytical, strong working knowledge of financial controlling, financial planning & corporate finance
• Be self-driven, possess good presentation and communication skills
• Ability to interact with all levels of staff
• Highly motivated with good interpersonal skills and a team player with pro-active attitude
• Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
• Trustworthy and credible and can aspire to lead
• Willingness to travel overseas
• Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin is essential
