Responsibilities:

• Play an active role in implementing the global training strategy
• Develop training materials and training programs
• Deliver training in a variety of formats
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Work effectively in a team and contribute to the success of training objectives
• Evaluate feedback about the effectiveness of individual training programs
  
  
• Bachelors degree or equivalent in appropriate discipline
• Proficient in both English & Mandarin (written & spoken) - need to liaise with Mandarin speaking trainees
• Experience in training adults
• Familiarity with adult training methodologies
• Proven experience in developing adult training materials
• Willing to travel for work
