Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily management and operations of a chain of fast-food restaurants
• Responsible for the sales and profitability of the restaurants
• Responsible for the hiring and training of the management staff
• Serves as a co-ordinator between various departments and restaurants

Requirements:

• GCE 'O' level / Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity, managing a chain of restaurants
• At least 1 year’s experience in mid-management capacity
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a good sense for figures and leadership qualities
• Possess strong interpersonal and communications skills coupled with excellent presentation skills
