Responsibilities:
- To assist to Carry out all conceptual and detail design for the company products
- Assist in the technical proposal with the sales team
- To assist to provide support and full assistance to the sales & marketing department in project management
- Assisting to liaise with customer/ sales personnel/ designer on project requirements
- Upkeep and manage all major project drawings and documentation
- To do site co-ordination with workshop teams
- Assisting all project undertaken are both technically and commercially feasible to the company
- Assist to ensure all designs are up-to-date, simple, easy to maintain, reliable and cost effective
- Assist to ensure all jobs or projects undertaken meet the stipulated delivery schedule and budget
- Assist to provide costing for the parts purchased for project
- Be resourceful in sourcing good quality of mechanical parts & good negotiation skill with suppliers
- Co-ordinate to resolve and to provide solution throughout the project
- Attend KOM (Kick-Off Meeting) with relevant departments
- To do DBS (Design, Bill of Material and Schedules) for the project concisely
- Interpret & prepare technical specifications and Operating & Maintenance Manual upon completion of projects
- Manage, improve and upgrade the good relationship with new & existing clients
- Upkeep, protect the image and business interests of the company at all times
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Electrical/ Mechatronics Engineering discipline with 2 to 3 years experience in similar fields
- Knowledge in Solid Works or Solid Edge software
- Knowledge in Sheet Metal structure design
- Possess Class 3 driving license & preferably own transport
- Able to communicate well in English
- Organized, detailed, self-motivated and result oriented
- Able to work independently as well as be a team player
- Pleasant personality & disposition
- Preferably Singapore or SPR
