Responsibilities:

  • Tenancy and lease management related matters
  • New lease and renewal negotiations
  • Preparation of monthly reports / managing budgets
  • Establishing and maintaining landlord / tenant relationship
  • Preparation of presentation kits
  • Any other job duties that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • Degree in Building / Real Estate Management
  • Min 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Familiar with tenancy matters and real estate industry
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and handle work pressure
  • Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
