- Degree in Building / Real Estate Management
- Min 5 years of relevant working experience
- Strong administrative skills
- Familiar with tenancy matters and real estate industry
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle work pressure

Head Real Estate
Responsibilities:
- Tenancy and lease management related matters
- New lease and renewal negotiations
- Preparation of monthly reports / managing budgets
- Establishing and maintaining landlord / tenant relationship
- Preparation of presentation kits
- Any other job duties that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
