Requirements:
PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
To be responsible for the overall setting up and running of the customer and logistic support of the company backend operations. The scope includes the followings :
- Set operational procedure, customer care and logistic operations
- Work closely with Logistic partners and Merchants for end to end delivery services
- Back end operation matters with on online payment, fraud matters and securities issues
- Ensure SLA for operation support and customer services
- Review, streamline and automate backend processes
- Work closely with Freight Forwarders for competitive freight charges
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Diploma/General Degree with at least 5 years experience in logistic/operation position
- Experience in customer handling and working closely with merchants and forwarders
- Extremely detailed in paperwork and process driven
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- To meet KPIs and SLA for all aspect of personal/departmental performance ,customer care and delivery services
- Creative, independent and able to think out of the box
- Department expected to expand rapidly within the next 6 months
WORK EXPERIENCE
- At least 5 years in logistic and operation environment
- Logistic background is preferred
