- Dip/ Degree in Civil, Geology or related field
- To assist Operation Manager in daily lab works
- Process of test report
- Experience in civil engineering laboratory testing preferred

Your responsibilities include planning new store openings, remodeling of existing stores and relocating selling departments as well as conceptualizing layouts, designs and costing for these projects. This includes developing and maintaining store maps for all new and existing stores. You will create the best possible layout solutions, taking into account merchandise strategy, operational limitations, architectural guidelines and product adjacencies. You will need to analyse space utilisation to determine opportunities for further improvements, using sales and space productivity metrics to drive higher space performance. You will thus recommend product space usage, provide design direction and manage the design activities of each retail chain store, maintain store design templates as well as liaise with business partners, external consultants, contractors and relevant authorities. Your ambit also includes fixture programmes, reviewing and maintaining design standards and records of all design projects and selecting and procuring the necessary equipment and accessories for each.
