Logistic / Operation Manager-Tarazz Pte Ltd

To be responsible for the overall setting up and running of the customer and logistic support of the company backend operations. The scope includes the followings :
  • Set operational procedure, customer care and logistic operations
  • Work closely with Logistic partners and Merchants for end to end delivery services
  • Back end operation matters with on online payment, fraud matters and securities issues
  • Ensure SLA for operation support and customer services
  • Review, streamline and automate backend processes
  • Work closely with Freight Forwarders for competitive freight charges

Senior Operations Manager-CEVA Freight (Singapore)

  • Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management or relating field
  • At least 5 years working experience in logistics operating environment comprising both warehousing and distribution activities
  • Experience of working in a 3PL.
  • Experience of using customer ERP/ WMS system.
  • Able to demonstrate strong business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Demonstrable experience of successful decision making
  • Proven experience of managing employee relations, Health & Safety
  • Experience of managing and planning budgets
  • Good presentation and communication skills

Documentation Executive-Vital Solutions

  • Sales administration duties in conjunction with order processing and LC review to meet on time delivery.
  • Acknowledge customers orders and respond to all customers’ enquiries
  • Expediting deliveries with suppliers and/or overseas offices in respective countries of purchase.
  • Arrange for shipment when all commercial issues are in compliance with company policy.
  • Process all necessary export shipping documents.
  • Co-ordinate logistic of shipment.

    • SHIPPING CO-ORDINATOR-Zagro Singapore Pte Ltd

    • Must be well versed with import and export shipping documentations and procedures preferably with Trade-net knowledge, LC negotiations, monitoring inventory and sales coordinations
    • Coordinate and arrange with forwarders / customers / bank on shipping-related issues
    • Other duties as assigned by immediate superior from time to time

    Warehouse Supervisor-Ryder-Ascent Logistics

    • Minimum GCE 'O'/'N' Levels
    • 2-3 years' experience in a supervisory role. preferably in a logistics, shipping or warehouse environment
    • Responsible, committed and able to work under pressure
